@Reen Wade there is a field in there for an escrow agent do I need to fill that out also and thanks for replying.  

Hi, I am a wholesaler in broward county florida and recently I got contacted by a seller looking to let me wholesale his rented house for him. We are supposed to meet up on Monday to place the house on a contract but there's one big problem.. I don't now how to fill out the contract. The attorney that I would go to is closed for the weekend and I need to figure out how to do this by Monday.

Can someone please help?
