So I understand ask the investors if they are interested in this property then contact the agent to see If I can get it at a discount?

I have a agent that sends me properties. I also have investors wanting to purchase properties from me. Can I assign a property that real estate agents have listed? If I want to make an offer on the property how do I go about and what is needed? I want to make sure that I have everything that is needed before contacting the agent.

I would like to assign bank owed properties to my investors. How do I go about contacting the bank real estate department (navy federal) to purchase the property for a discount?
