Wholesaling Property/w Real Estate agent

I have a agent that sends me properties. I also have investors wanting to purchase properties from me. Can I assign a property that real estate agents have listed? If I want to make an offer on the property how do I go about and what is needed? I want to make sure that I have everything that is needed before contacting the agent.
