I needed to pause due to covid but I was hosting in person meet ups. I plan on re launching soon once more covid restrictions ease up. A important tip I received from an investor and client who was featured on the bigger pocket podcast is to have all attendees introduce themselves who they are and if they have any wants or needs. I always started with this. The connection I made was though my investor group on facebook. You are welcome to reach out to me outside this forum with any other questions as bigger pockets does not allow any self promotion or group promotion unless it is under real estate events and happenings. This forum on bigger pockets is a great resource to increase your awareness and get more attendees.
