Anyone have experience with Invictus turnkey company in Indianapolis? I am interested in buying my first place but have no experience with turnkey or this company. Any advice/experience would be appreciated. Should I put my money in this company?

Does anyone have experience with reverse mortgage? Trying to buy a deceased neighbors home (who has a reverse mortgage on it and actually owned more on it than it’s current estimated value). Will the bank negotiate with me or the executor of the home? (The daughter). Any words of advice/experience?

How do I become a private lender? Can anyone recommend an investment company that is tried and true and can generate a good steady SAFE return? I hear you can make 8% as a private lender? Totally new to this....

My neighbor died 6 mns ago. House is abandoned. He had a reverse mortgage through celink. How do I go about acquiring the property? How can I find out how much it’s going for? Is it a good idea to obtain a property right next door? How do I get the best price?

@Maurice Smith Love this! Good luck!!!! Plant and collect and wait! Just getting in the process currently. Looking at Memphis and Indianapolis. Is the realtor connecting you with a management company? I feel like that’s the part scaring me the most. Being so far from property and it’s management. Good luck and keep us posted!
