@Brian Pulaski What do you mean buyers agent? How much more do real estate agents make on commission? Why do you need to give a buyer commission?

@Bob Okenwa @Larry Turowski Do you know how much the flat listing fee is? Might be worth getting a real estate license for MLS access. Do non-investors even have access to search the MLS for a house? I feel like I may have better luck selling on free websites like Zillow, Trilia, and Realtor.com

Hey Thanks Larry T. If you hire a real estate agent to sell the house and they don't sell it in 30 days, do you have to pay them anything? Also what kind of paid listing are you using?

When you guys buy, rehab, and sell are you listing the house yourself or outsourcing to a real estate agent? What happens if the real estate agent can't sell for what you want and lowers the price to the point where you barely make any profit?
