As we grow we want to make sure we have the infrastructure to keep growing. We are starting to hit our capacity with pulling data from reports and running some of the day to day operations.

I would like to know what key people we need and if we’re analyzing the right data. We would also like to know some strategies on lease renewals during non peak months. We have a lot of renewals coming up in December and January. We don't want a mass exodus in a non peak season for renting.

First time posting. I’m looking to network with people that help asset manage multi family apartment complexes.

My business partner and I have grown to almost 300 units. I want to improve our asset management side. We have a property manager but want to maximize our earnings.

Anything other than criminal background checks, credit checks, eviction and court records, employment history and rental histories.
