Hello REI world, Daunte Flowers here...

I have a quick question for the real estate market in the Montgomery, AL area. I am trying to gain information about the real estate auction in the local area. Is there an actual location, time, and/or date for the public auction here. I am trying to use the auction to gain more connections within the real estate investing world in the area. I know there are different online sites for the auction, but I'm looking for a physical place. I will appreciate any insight!

Good day REI world!!!

I'm trying to gain some information from some real estate investors that been in wholesaling in a smaller market for a while... My question is without, actually hiring an appraiser or going to the actual property... What are some decent online sites to estimate an AVR or compare comps for a property in a smaller county? I know one of the best ways to get an AVR is by actually going to the smaller county and looking at other similar properties in that area and contacting an agent in that area. So, what are some good systems to get an estimated AVR or comps without actually going to the property?

Hello REI world!!!

I am going to make this a quick forum... Does anybody know the actual date, time, & location, that the REI meeting here in Montgomery, AL meets? Through out my research I have found two different location & time set for the REI meeting! I am really interested in attending the next meeting to really start networking with investor, seller & buyer in this local area.

Thanks for the advice. I'm actually in the process now of putting my business plan and presentation together of my purpose and agenda. I pretty much got a niche and a goal, so I'm in the process of putting it on paper. I'm actually trying to get my business plan done before the next REI meeting in my area. When you get free, I will love the opportunity to run it by you.
