@Will Barnard thank you. I have like 250k on equity. I wanted to refi and invest on LTR or str. I am also thinking to get Heloc instead of refi to see if i can buy cash flow properties. I am a new bee in investing. I have one Airbnb property. Thanks

I am at 2.75 % with decent amount of equity. Is it wise to cash out refinance for REI at higher rate ? Looking for suggestions . TIA
