@Jonathan Taylor Smith yes I’m seeking a turn-key property. I want it rent ready, with little to no rehab needed. I plan on using a property management company for managing property and finding a tenant. And yes I plan on paying 20% down to purchase the property, unless there are other ways to finance the property
