Hello all! I am somewhat new to real estate investing.... I currently have two properties, one in SC that is being rented and the other here in DC. I renovated my DC home basement turning into an apartment w kitchenette and bath that I rent out to a tenant. I've always wanted to do more but fear and lack of resources kept me on the side lines.
