So we had a post on the Group looking for houses to lease so the investor could then rent them out Airbnb. The investor making the post had 10 properties that he was doing this with - he was seeking a Master Lease . . . just like places like CVS and Walgreens can either own their building or lease their building - they do both - investors can lease their buildings as well - and we will be talking about this at the MAREI meeting on Tuesday - be sure to register as our monthly meeting is virtual so you have to register to get the link.
