@Chris Seveney

Thanks Chris. I figured I’d probably wouldn’t get a better rate, but I would like to get rid of the balloon payment and get something a little bit longer term.

Land value is probably $70-$75,000. I also have 5 to 10% if needed to put down on a new longer-term loan. Any Suggestions?  Thanks.

Hello

I have a land contract that I’m currently paying on but would like to convert to a longer term (15 yr?) since it’s a 3 year balloon. Current interest rate is 8%. Can I do better?

Any idea what kind of interest rates/terms I might be able to get?

Vacant 10 acres zoned Forest, Wisconsin.

Thank you.

Hello,

Any feedback on whether it is a negative to buy a small piece of acreage next to a 30 acre parcel that is privately owned but recently granted a conservation easement and permanent protection?  The parcel I am interested in is 10 acres and borders this land.  Any feedback appreciated.

Thank you.
