I do not work for RingCentral nor do I know anyone who does. Just thought I'd share.

I used RingCentral for almost a year when I was selling Arbonne. It worked great but I discontinued with them because I'm no longer as active with Arbonne so I don't need it.

Jonathan Twombly you also bring up very good advice as well. Having a solid contingency shouldn't be overlooked along with the initial fee's . If you happen to have any additional words of wisdom, I'd love to hear it.

Andrew Johnson Thank you for your insight. My intentions are to have the 25% down but I didn't think about having as much as 9 months in contingency. That is a great idea, I appreciate this advice.

Hi, thank you for your response. I won't be house hacking so the investment loan would be more of what I would have to utilize. Have you done any triplex, fourplex REI's in the area, if so I'm just looking for a range to base what my 20-25% would be and what I'd need to have saved so I am ready when an opportunity knocks.

Hi Everyone, I'm fairly new to BP and I've been dedicating some time to become educated on REI as well as reading a lot of posts. I have a goal that by the end of next year, I would like to make my first Multifamily REI investment. My goal is to start with a triplex or fourplex. How much should I aim to have saved for a down payment/allocate for such an investment? I know it will be based on the price and location but maybe someone has some advice based on the experience they have in investing in the multifamily that I've mentioned. All advice is welcome! Thank you in advance :) Kim

Hello everyone, I am new to Bigger Pockets and wanting to learn more about Note Investing. Would anyone be interested in mentoring me and or sharing what they know about Note Investing?

Thank you,
