Post: Any suggestions for removing smoke smell?

We have a property that was occupied by life long smokers. We have kilz'd everything, used ozone generators, thoroughly cleaned duct work and vents, cleaned out dryer vent, replaced all cabinets, kilz'd and replaced all flooring, painted everything (on top of kilz), so basically replaced and sealed everything except for insulation in attic and insulation in unfinished part of basement. The smell is about 95% gone but we still have that annoying last 5%. Any suggestions on what to do?  Anyone rented air scrubbers before? charcoal? vinegar? Servpro? anything at all? Thank you!!
