This is a 2 unit duplex in Athmar Park that was remodeled a few years ago with new windows and all new exterior and interior doors, casings, jambs and base, complete new kitchens, cabinets, countertops, appliances and flooring; all new bathrooms – tubs, toilets, cabinets, countertops, all new plumbing lines, PEX water lines and drain lines to the sewer. All new exterior soffit and facia, gutters and downspouts.
