@Cynthia Carmona I go to the Pasadena FIBI meetup and sometimes to the Bill Tan meetup. There will be a big holiday event this Thursday in Long Beach that I'm thinking about attending. Check out  the MEETUP.com site for the info.

Hi Everyone,

I'm an Architect turned Real Estate Broker here in Pasadena (and Los Angeles area), California.  I joined Bigger Pockets on a recommendation of a friend I met in a local FIBI (for investors by investors) club. I like going to these meetups because I learn a lot from others on how they've started their businesses and I get different takes on the state of the economy.

I'm not investing just yet but I am looking to form relationships where I can help investors purchase properties and possibly list them once they are rehabbed. I feel that having an eye for architecture helps me greatly to find projects that might be interesting/profitable. I would love to meet up with like minded people on here as well. Thanks!
