I have a duplex just off USC campus in Columbia that I am going to sell in the next couple of months

great area for tenants.  very quiet street.  It is a historic district which is a bit limiting on the exterior upgrades.

Check outside picture on Google Maps.  1627&1629 Enoree Ave, Columbia,SC. Current rents=$2200/mo. Roof replaced in 2012.  All brick. Hardwood floors throughout. Not sure on price but probably in the $240k range. 

I have a duplex close to USC that is currently rented out to students for the year. 3BR 2BA and 2BR 1BA units. I am planning on selling it by the spring.  If interested, let me know. 

If property is still active, I would like to take a look.  I am a BP Pro who lives near Goose Creek and have one investment property close by.  Can you provide any details of the condition inside house?
