@Kingsley Ogwuegbu I just rented a 2Bed 1 Bath on Arliss Road for $1,350. Unit was on a market for a couple a couple of days.

@Nick Allison definitely has improved overtime. If you are picking up anything close to the Edgewater area, vacancy wouldn’t be a problem if the property is well maintained. The closer you are to the Lake (Edgewater, Lake Ave the better). The farther you go from Lake depending on where the property is, I would do some more research on it.

@Nick Allison Hey Nick! I live and own a couple of properties in the Edgewater/Lakewood area and I definitely recommend investing in the area if the numbers makes sense to you.
For my units I am getting anywhere from $1,200 - $1,500 for a 2Bed 1bath.
Depending on the condition of the units $900 is on the low end.
Feel free to reach out if you have more questions. I can recommend some of the handymen I use if all goes well with your deal.
