Do you lend private money in Illinois?

Does anyone know of a private investor for a gap funding commercial building located in the Chicago Area?  The building is fully rented and the money would be paid back in 12 months at 15%.  In box me if you know someone or are interested.

The South Side Chicago Meetup was established in May 2016 and there are already 208 members.  The meetings have only had about 20 in attendance, which means most people are not serious.  I know the people here on BP are seriously interested in RE so I want to invite you to our next meeting.

Does anyone know of any construction partners for properties in Chicago that would be willing to do the rehab for a portion of the profits upon selling?  If so, inbox me so we can do some deals and make some money.  

Did you find a contract and what is the status of your agreement?  I'm looking for a partner for some rehabs in Chicago.
