We have tried flipper force but the website didn't seem to work properly so we had to move on.

We're looking for an app but spreadsheet works fine as well.

Hello, 

We do a lot of work on the houses and properties we buy. On average of $15-20K per house.

I need a tool that will let me add in tasks to be done and calculate and estimate after inspection.

For example,  Need 5 new windows, need shower head, the paint job in all walls, etc.... and once I'm done with everything at the end of would give me a ballpark estimate of cost and what exactly needs to be done so I can communicate with my contractors.

Do you know if anything of this sort is available in the market currently?
