Hello all, I am a newbie that currently resides in Atlanta. I have been introduced to the investing world by my step mother and friend. I have read the book the one minute millionaire (the enlighten way to wealth) and other books on real estate and I am so excited about starting. I am looking for a mentor or somebody to help me on my journey becoming a real estate investor. I am 22 years young I hold a job in the automotive business (check profile) being the crm (customers relations manager) so I network with about 80+ people a day. I am very people oriented and am a great communicator, I can't want to network with the great people on bigger pockets!

What are the essentials needed to start out doing rental properties? Are there ways of starting with no money? What are the pro's and con's?
