Hey BP

Can you buy Tax Liens on a property without going to the County Auction in Ga. Can you just go to the county clerk office, and buy the taxes (liens) there?... Or would we have to wait till the county list them for auction.

Thanks, Guys...Its has to deal reporting sale amount to Irs using a 1099, and its opitonal,...Yes, @Chris S its between the seller and irs...We didnt have to show anything to the attorney.
