Hey @Breanna Cameron I would just be patience. We found a house cottage in downtown Colorado springs that is working out really good for us. We Airbnb the cottage and live in the main out. The Airbnb Market for the springs is really good right now.

We have had good success with spotteddogexcavating.com for sewer and drainage issues. 

Also, Ben Pautzke. His company did some HVAC work for us and would I would recommend him. 

Thanks @Travis Sperr ... I have calls into most of their commercial loans officers, but thanks for the recommendations. I haven't heard of some of these banks.
