Speaking for someone who knew nothing about REI except for what's shown on television, I found the seminar to be quite helpful.

They allow you to bring a guest with no additional cost, therefore, me and my guest split the cost in half.

My instructor for the 3-day course was great and his team even help me devise a REI plan although they knew that I did not have the means to purchase the additional courses. I can honestly say those 3 days changed my life and the way I look at money. Of course these seminars are designed to sale you additional products, but with the information that was given it is very possible to go and do your own research online and at the library.

I am in St. Louis as well. Not an investor yet, but I am most certainly looking to get my feet wet.

My name is Kelly and I am looking into starting a Real Estate Investment Company.

I began my journey a little under a month ago when I decided that working for someone else was not what I wanted for my future or future children. I have always been interested in real estate, but was discouraged during the economic downturn and lack of education about real estate investing.

I want to begin with earned income methods to pay off some debt, then use the money from earned income methods to fund passive income methods.

I look forward to networking and learning from all of you!!
