In the Los Angeles area buying and renting to students can be a good investment because the cost of living on campus is usually greater or equal to living off campus. Also, parents may pay a premium for their children to lease properties close to campus because they can cut down on commuter expenses.

Yes. I usually Google "(restaurant name) real estate" and a link to that department should come up.
