I am currently investing in Jacksonville, FL but I'm with @Jordan Thibodeau Check out the Central Valley - Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Merced, Sonora. I'm looking for properties from Chico down to Fresno.

I am looking for a registered HUD broker in Central Valley that can assist me with bidding on HUD properties. Ideally I would like to find someone who is active in Sacramento, Stockton, Sonora, Modesto or Fresno. These are the markets that I am currently targeting.

Is there a meetup in the Central Valley? I am looking to fix and flip in areas like Fresno, Stockton, Merced, Sonora, etc and would like to connect with wholesalers, contractors, agents and other investors in the area.

I'll be there along with my business partner and wife.

We fix and flip out of state, currently in Jacksonville and soon expanding into Indianapolis.

I'm really looking forward to this spectacular event!

Have you listened to the latest podcast, this is probably the best one yet. I have been focused on single family homes but I am hoping to expand my reach into multifamily properties.

Have you found any good REIAs in Charlotte? I will be out there this summer and would love to meet with other investors and learn more about the market.
