Hello! I am excited to be posting for the first time on Bigger Pockets. I have been reading for a couple of years and decided to make the jump. I am a real estate agent in Morris, Illinois, which is about 45 miles SW of Chicago. My husband and I have owned rentals, and plan on continuing, so, investments are important to me.
