Thanks @Justin Frank. I'm currently looking for SFR or Residential MF (2 - 4 units.) I take it that the only would manage Commercial MF (5+ Units)?

Hey BP Fam,
I currently live/work in the Portland area of Oregon and am wanting to get involved in the Boise area. Do I need to have a contractors or developers license for buy/hold or flip? Do I need to be an agent to wholesale? Are there any other required licenses or permits to legally be able to conduct a real estate business in Idaho? Any help is greatly appreciated and I look forward to hearing your responses.
Thanks in advance!
