Is there a way to track the routes driven when you have a team Virtually driving for dollars? Just as if you were using Deal Machine in a car and it would track your routes as you drive. This way your assistants can instantly see what routes have been driven to avoid virtually driving down those streets. I know Deal Machine has a Chrome extension to Virtually Drive but this does not track your routes.

If not, what tricks have you found to efficiently track these routes driven?

@Bob Lachance what is the process of them scraping leads from Craigslist, Zillow, Facebook, etc for you. Basically what do you have them look for and what seems to be the most efficient way for them to do this?

@Jp Kilduff what types of task do you have the Va's do for you? I have VA's do stuff for me daily but curious what thinks they could be doing that I might be missing.

Thanks  @Ahs Fields I agree with your take to invest the time upfront, to save all that time later. Thanks for your input and I will add those options to what I am reviewing.

Hey guys looking for some real-world feedback on Rei Simple CRM. Listened to a video recently where another member @Ryan Dossey said that his company has been using this with great results. I would like to hear some feedback from some of the members on their actual results. If you could tell me what you like about it and how it compares to others you have used that would be great. Just looking for a great CRM. Thanks for your input.

How did they determine what they would give you? Or did you ask for that amount?

Here is some good SBA information. This tells how many loans per state were approved and also the total dollar amounts.

At the bottom of the page are two PDF's to download. I have the direct links below to the PDF's.

Mine was pulled Friday/Sat. Have not received any funds yet or had any contact from them besides a basic generic email sent previously.
