Just FYI this is an email sent out today.

Just fyi I just called and could not believe it but they answered right away. Much better than being 1,000 in line and waiting for hours. I had received the same generic email as everyone else a few days ago. I asked about that email and she said that was just a informative email sent out. They said that they have no way of looking up anyone's info but we should be receiving an email sometime this week.

@Michael King I have a number of a great tree guy. I have used for years on my properties. I also use him for mulching , grass mowing, etc... Shoot me a message and I will share it with you.

@Jonathan Greene thanks for the reply. Trying to visualize the system that I will be setting up. I currently run a different business that uses many virtual assistance as well as a call center that fields calls for me. When they make the initial call to you do you have a recording that they leave a message for or a live operator the transcripts your message and text that to you?

@Jonathan Greene What are the best questions that you have found for your VA's to ask? Also it sounds like the callers are sent to a recording where they can leave a message. If this is the case do you feel that you're losing some potential leads by them say hanging up and not leaving a message compared to if the phone was answered by a live operator?
