I was listening to a podcast and the guest was saying you can't get a loan for a property for an LLC. So my question is, how do you purchase a property if there are more than two parties involved for an investment? My brother and I want to purchase something together but I'm not sure how to structure it...Thanks!

I'm new to BP and this was a very informative thread! I've wondered about TK properties as I've listened to Jason Hartman and they provide a similar service.

Hello all!

I'm new to the Bigger Pockets Forum but I"m not going to ask "where do I start" as I've seen so many others. I've started by rolling up my sleeves, reading as much as I can on BPs while working my full time job and listening to the BP podcasts in the car and while I"m working out. It's overwhelming how much there is to learn but this is a great resource!

One of my goals is to not be one of those newbies that posts one time to never return:)
