Sounds good, thank you! One last question please 🙏… this is my first rodeo so it is only a 2BD/2BA condo in a community with really nice resort style amenities. Do you think that’s too small? Do they mainly look for houses?

my unit normal rent about 2k we get double that.. ours is townhouse Gated prime area of Summerlin.. not all areas are great in Vegas

Hi! My friend told me about this site and I’ve made some connections with professionals but I would like to make connections with people starting out who aren’t selling anything. She told me the Facebook group is amazing. I’m wondering what one needs to do to gain entry!???? She’s tried to invite me twice and I keep getting denied? Who do I contact about this? I don’t understand why my request is denied. I’m a legit person and not a trouble maker. 🤗
