Investing in mobile homes what do you think ? Buying land and creating a mobile home community great income if it's in a good location right ? I've heard buying mobile homes isn't a good investment its outdated and getting old .. What do you think ?

What are some good locations to invest in? Do You know any real estate mentors in Detroit ?

I personally do not invest in Detroit but rather the surrounding suburbs. I haven't educated myself enough to take the risk and don't feel the need to based on the returns I see elsewhere. Good luck!

 Thank you !

Is investing is Detroit Michigan a good idea ? I'm interested in buying wholesale properties at a great price!!  What are some of the pros and cons in investing in Detroit as far as renting and fixing and flipping ?
