It shows up as Ms home corp

Hi, has anyone or anyones landlord received direct deposit on all payments and then received check? Or has anyone only received direct deposit or only received checks? Do they change it up after doing only direct deposit bc my landlord recently moved into his home he was building and he has received only direct deposit from 2 tenants so far and has his old address listed on his account and my payment changed to batched earlier this week and says processed beside the payments and his shows paid and he still hasn’t received the payment. We are beginning to worry it was mailed out to the wrong address.  Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I just wanted to let everyone know in case they wanted to do the same that I emailed Governor Tate Reeves office just this morning over my application being approved and now sitting with no movement for 3 weeks and I heard back from the immediately. I literally mean within 20 mins I received an email asking me for my information and letting me know they would be reaching out to the rental assistance program on my behalf. So if you are in a similar position You may want to do the same. I have tried to include the email information for the Governors office but it keeps giving me an error telling me I’m not allowed too but you can just Google the information and you can easily find his email and phone number. I hope this helps everyone. Good luck

Haven't received mine.

Considering how many people are in this same stage sitting you would think they would be batching them for payment by now. Everyone else I know had their application status change by now so I’m not understanding

And my landlord said he received the .01 deposit back on October 26th and I’m the only renter he has so it wouldn’t be for anyone else. This is insane the way they do this. No wonder ms is on the verge of losing their funding bc they won’t disburse it in a timely manner

Please keep me posted if yours changes, i will too. I thought I was the only one who's going through this stage.

Hi, mine is at the same stage as well and has been since the 11th with no change. I messaged my processor and he said I was completely approved and should be receiving payment soon and that the processors are the ones who approve and then batch them for payment so I guess we are all waiting on the processor to batch ours for payment.

@Kristy Mitchell how long has your payment  schedule been showing before you got that email ?

I haven’t received my email yet I don’t believe I have anyway. I’m trying to find out the email address or who it will say it is from so I know what I’m looking for in case it goes to spam. I have received emails twice and neither one was from ramp and they were 2 different email addresses. I have been “approved” since August 23rd, my payment schedule is listed with the amounts they originally said “pending” beside them with date of “September 13th”for payment and my overall status above said “payment processing”. The status beside my payment schedule 2 days later changed to “paid”, then 2 more days it went to “payment processing”, and that is what it says now but my overall status above says “Batched” and has been saying that now for 2 days. This is the biggest headache I have ever had to deal with. I feel like it has added so much more stress on top of the huge amount I already have just trying to navigate through this ordeal!!! This feels like a joke like there is no possible way our government/state seriously can’t come up with a better process than this mess!!!!

Hi, is there anyway you can tell me who the email came from so I can be on the lookout please? Thank you

No but I did just get email saying that I would receive funds in the next 10 days
