I was wondering has anyone received payment for their utilities yet?
I have not and I requested with my first application. They paid rent but not the utilities. I reapplied with my recertification application. I'm not sure why the utility assistance is slower but it is.I would advise to keep paying your bill to prevent disconnect because waiting on them to pay that portion your lights will be off.SMH!
hi is there anyway you could tell me what day of the week your rental payment was made? Like Monday? Friday?
Hello! My payment went directly to the management company. I'm not sure.
Thank you for your response

Hopefully tomorrow being Friday they will release payouts and it won’t be the end of the month before they do.

Also when an institution groups or “batches” payouts together they normally have set days, weeks, or time of month that they send these “Batched” payouts through. Most often it is done on say a Friday of each week, bi-weekly, and even monthly. So there is a set time for these payouts and ramp more than likely has a certain day of the week or month that they actually release payouts.

So anyone who’s status recently updated to “Batched”…from what I have learned this means that instead of ramp sending out individual payments they have grouped an amount together to come out of their account as one transaction. When the transaction is sent though to your bank it normally takes 24 to 48 hrs as your bank normally holds it for that time until clearing it into your account. There is also another meaning for “Batched” in the financial (sending money) sense and that is to stop payment as in if they were initially planning to send payment and there was a reason for them to stop the payment from going through. Although most often it is from an institution grouping payouts together into one transaction. Hope that eases some people’s minds!!!
