@Dennis M. I agree, Im just trying to figure out what a good deal is with putting such a small down payment. Brandon says he shoots for $100 a door and that he should be able to rent it for 1% of purchase price (I know there is much more to it than that). The crazy thing is, the asking price of this duplex is $295k, there are 6 duplex’s exactly the same and one is pending, I’m really curious to find out how much it’s actually selling for. This area is insane right now.
