Hello I am a 17 year old wholesaler who needs as much help as I can get. I currently live in San Francisco CA and I am dying to get my first deal down. I have been doing a whole lot of studying but I would like to hang around an investor who is OK with me asking a lot of questions, with whom I can be doing business with in the long term because wholesaling is not the only thing I want to cover in real estate.

I am a young investor who wishes to become a wholesaler to pay for my college funds. I am only 17 turning 18 on September. How should I introduce myself to buyers and sellers and make money with little to no money down noting that I am very young with not a whole lot of money starting out.
