@Amy H. in towns like Victoria, Chase City, Crew, South Boston. Not even sure if you have heard of those towns but I do see a lot of potential in them as buy and holds not so much as flips.

Hello, well I live in a small town, really small. What are some of the ways that I can get funding for rehabs in these small towns. There is a ton of vacant properties in my small towns of Virginia? I think they will be good for buy and hold but not sure for flipping.

I have an idea, I was wondering could I wholesale to my landlord. I know two great properties that will be great buy and hold. My landlord has a lot of rental properties, so two more could be a win for him. I could also get a contractor friend of mines to do the fixing up. What do you guys think?

Have had some issues, but now I'm getting back into the swing of things with wholesaling and remodeling etc. I'm looking to connect with more people in Virginia and get my business growing and definitely trying to quit my job so that I can do real estate fully. Should I start completely over and learn the ropes or jump back in from where I left off.

Good evening, is there a good way to pull comps in small areas such as Farmville, Amelia, Chase City area that don't get properties sold very often. I come across sellers all the time in these small areas but fail at pulling comps for them. Well I kind of suck at it all together.....feel like that's the only thing stopping me from my first deal.
