Hello, I have been reading a lot of forums and reading books after books.....Rich Dad Poor Dad..my favorite so far. Right now I'm trying to learn as much as I can before I jump into anything that could lead me to a disaster. I learn more with hands on, I would like to set in, get hands on with a flipper/wholesaler. What should a beginner start with wholesaling, flipping.......just want to start???

I have been sitting here reading a lot of forums...and I'm getting confused with EVERYTHING......where do I start LOL. I'm trying to learn as much as possible....

New to everything.....Where should I begin with Wholesaling and Flipping houses? I purchased a mobile home a month ago and have been working on it to resale.. which is coming along really good. I would like to start on a bigger project and learn a lot more about real estate.
