alright I am looking to update the way i handle my accounting.. currently i use the old spreadsheet way of keeping track and it is quite taxing so i would like to upgrade, but not at a HUGE price as i am just starting out.. maybe a program that will allow you to upgrade as you purchase more.. anyway came across a site called rent yield.. has anyone heard of it? how about some reccomendations for either online or other ways of managing your property?

thanks
kyle

alright i just paid off both of my credit cards.. limits of $5000 and $1000. I am going to be using the $5000 for repairs to my first rental property... My question is should I close the $1000 limit one? Will it improve my score? or should i just try and renegotiate the interest rate, as it is a very high rate?

you know i work in the aviation business as a dispatcher and when you ask people what is a dispatcher in the aviation field they look at you like you have 2 heads... Most, if not all, csr's will probably have no clue as to what you are looking for... this one is going to take a lot a digging and from what i have been told a lot of kissing butt!!!

i can speak for counties in ohio now.. but all you have to do is go to the county auditors web site and do a search on the property.... but might i add that buying a REO is sometimes not an easy process... hell for that matter it never is..,, All you need to do is be patient
