Welcome to Bigger Pockets! It is never too early or late to start and glad to see that you are thinking about an early retirement. :0) I would like to tell you that the sooner you take action the better it will be. I would put investing in real estate into high priority-a little sacrifice now for the ultimate life later. Also, now as you progress that are many options for funding your investing, such as partners, private and hard money lenders that can help you achieve your real estate goals. Hello Everyone,
My name is Tonia and I am a new member from the Duluth MN Superior WI (the Twin Ports) area. I have been a real estate investor from about 2009. We started by investing in buy and holds for passive income and have done several wholesale deals. As we grew, we started doing project management for other investors i.e. we find the deal, rehab and then place renter and manage. This lead to our own construction and property management company. This being said we have started a full service real estate business from start to finish and it is our goal to make it the best in our area.
It is my goal to increase our passive income portfolio with at least 50 rental units within the next year. Increase our property management company to 1000 units. Increase my buyers and investors triple fold. My ultimate goal is to replace our monthly salary with our annual income. Soon very soon! :0) Here is to happy investing!
