Hey guys, was just curious about what people think are the best university majors/minors for those who decide to take the formal education path, but want to eventually become full time real estate investors.
I see a lot of investors getting started as realtors, contractors, in financial jobs, etc., (many of which you don’t need a university education for), but if someone was going the university route no matter what, which major (and/or minor) would you recommend for them to have the biggest advantage coming out of school?

Quote from @Christian Ortega:
Have you heard of PeerSpace? This aligns with your idea of renting out the space for a couple of hours to artists, photographers and more. You can browse other San Diego spaces on the platform to get an idea and inspo! There are many ways you can go about to have the high rise generate some income for you!
Yes that's actually one I did come across when searching around. Was seeing if anyone had any other ideas besides the photography rental space idea.

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what's appropriate/realistic to include in buy box requirements when working with RE Investor agents. Obviously the market is pretty tricky right now and need to be even more conservative with projecting numbers. I don't want to offend anyone or give them some sort of impossible criteria from their point of view.
I've never worked with an investor friendly agent so I'm just looking for the most efficient way to utilize them if we decide to work together.
