ive been shopping around atlantic city for a single faMily home to purchase to use as a STR. i was wondering who you investors in

AC are using for flood insurance and home owners insurance,and what are you paying annually. i call alot of different insurance companies and was suprised to hear how many of them told me they dont insure anything in atlantic city.

@Joseph Guzzardi Jr

I like the idea but am very hesitant to partner with anybody. I have been burned in the past and have trust issues

okay so I'm ready to take the plunge into real estate investing.

looking for multifamily properties in the

south New jersey Market

I have 80k to invest.

initially I was just planning on doing a conventional loan with 25% down and 5% percent interest rate.

so thats probably enough money for my first deal but then that has me thinking about whats next. how will I fund the next deal. so what I was thinking was if I could find a way to pay less then 25% down for each deal. anybody have any ideas on how to do this? BESIDES HOUSEHACKING!!! househacking just isn't in my cards right now with family and such.

any ideas are welcome anybody with experience with this please reach out.

my goal is to scale as quickly as possible.

@Ben Muska

hey Ben thanks for responding. I hope your able to get this tenant out asap. what part of sj are you in? im in atlantic County.

@Joseph Guzzardi Jr

hey Joe glad to hear your airbnb is still doing well. was it a pain in the butt to register it with the city? and is it true there is a limit on how many str they are allowing in the chelsea area?

@Ben Muska

hey Ben how did this turn out for you? I'm just getting started in the new jersey market as well and trying to learn the proper process for getting a tenant out.
