Not sexy areas but strong rental areas with high returns. Properties are in good condition and meet section 8 requirements. Government guaranteed rents.

@Eric Mullen in which zip codes have you recently purchased?

Hi all,

I am selling (3) section 8 rental properties in Jacksonville, FL. They are rented with a tenant in place. Minor repairs may be needed but they have been recently updated and are in good condition and pass the section 8 inspections.

I'm looking to sell for all cash. I can beat the 2% rule if you buy all 3!

I also have one fixer upper that I will consider selling as well and will make a great rental.

I am not going to post addresses because these are rented and I don't want to disturb the tenants. PM me or shoot me an email at [email protected] to discuss!

Best regards

Kyle

You will want to consult an international tax attorney. This could make or break your deal.

For English-speaking Americans it makes sense to invest where English is spoken and British common law is in effect. This way you can connect with your "feet on the street".

Also know the rights regarding the property. For example, in Canada the government owns most of the minerals and resources in the ground even if you own the land.
