This a a 3bed room home, It has had updates to kitchen and new tile put in. 
Newer Roof, Tenant has been here since 2009 lost her legs last year and the owner put a ramp on the home for her she does not plan on leaving anytime time soon. She pays on time every month.

@Zachary Allen a few good zips on the westside is 48221 , 48219 , 48223 , 48235 , 48226 & 48201 ( Midtown Area ) there is probably a few im missing but remember Detroit is a hit and miss city even in some of these zip codes your going to find not so good blocks, However if you know where and how to invest in Detroit you can make a killing! Ive been wholesaling here for 5 years and i have been living here my entire life so i know the areas to invest very well, If you need any help just hit me up. Best of luck to you my friend.

Comps are really not to good in Detroit to use to get the value of a property , because many deals are sold on QCD , Tax sale ect
