I think its because some people are not aware of the creative ways to purchase a deal and re hab it themselves without having much money tied up , With Wholesaling you do not have to tie up funds and if you do not have funds you can still flip houses. Hope this helps

well I'm here in Detroit and have been Wholesaling for 5 years and I've never had a problem getting a deal done no matter what title company I use to close. Best of luck to you my friend
