I have a quick questions , has anybody here had any luck with buying leads from places like list source , usleadlist etc? i ask because it seems like these leads can get watered down quick as i know many wholesalers /investors may be already mailing to them any feed back?

When you send letters to owners of vacant homes do you send a specific type of letter that's gets a higher response rate ? Also how do you get the contact info of the home owner when its vacant ? Thanks in advance

Id like to think I'm far from a idiot i have been a entrepreneur for the past 10 years and have started multiple successful businesses , Its people like you that discourage people from chasing there dreams because your scared ! you have no faith and you depend on Men to support instead of the higher power that brought you here and will take you away. Ive had offers for plenty marketing jobs that require degrees making pretty good money and i do not have a degree I'm just good at what i do and I'm confident . My brother seek god first then you can live with this inner peace and be able to go out in the world and achieve whatever you want to with a degree or not!
