I am looking to build my short-term rental business and was wondering what I should expect to pay in start-up costs to put my first rental on Airbnb. Insights form you all would be much apprieciated. 

As an investor, not the best time to buy as prices are over-inflated. The market will correct eventually but no way to tell when. That said finding a very motivated seller offers the best chance to get the best deals. 

On the surface, it looks like a good offer. The question is how do you feel about it? Does it make sense to you?

do you have access to business credit? 

Are apartment prices high in your area? Atlanta is insane.

It is a numbers game. The good news is that you are working in a market that is not as saturated as Fix and Flip houses. You will find a deal eventually. 

There are small balance lenders that will do this deal. I have used for my clients Silver Hill they are pretty good.
