Thank you Ethan that's all I needed to know. Now I have to let my coaches know that MOA's are not used in Philadelphia. To answer your question, it was so the owner couldn't renege on the deal and sell to someone else. I started title search with closing company so therefore my deal should be protected am I correct ?

I am in Philadelphia and I am having a very hard time getting MOA recorded. Can anyone help me with this issue including where to go and how much it cost. Been to rm.111 in city hall twice in three days and no one in that office ever heard of this document. My coaches said it's mandatory to have this done. Mind you none of my coaches are from Philadelphia.

Hey Antonio to my knowledge you want your lawyer to look over the agreement to make sure it is legal also to see if anything is missing that needs to be there and if something is in there that should be taken out.
